Before I started helping local businesses, I spent eight years working with some of the biggest names in aviation, luxury retail, energy, agriculture, media, and professional services. At easyJet I worked on the digital journeys that millions of passengers use every day. At Estée Lauder I helped manage the checkout experience across 187 ecommerce websites across Europe. At Arla Foods I worked with farmers, supply chains, and finance teams across Denmark and the UK.
What all of those experiences have in common is this: every business, no matter how big or small, lives or dies by whether the right people can find it, trust it, and choose it.
